- 1 cup wild rice
- 1 lb ground turkey breast
- 2 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- Preheat oven 350
- Prepare wild rice according to package directions
- Large bowl, combine turkey, wild rice, BBQ sauce and egg
- Divide into 4 burgers
- Heat large skillet over medium-high heat, sear both sides of patties
- Place on cookie sheet with tinfoil on it and bake for 10 minutes or until not pink
