- 4 (4oz) boneless pork chops
- 4 medium potatoes sliced
- 4 large carrots, sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup onion soup mix
- Place pork chop on double thickness heavy duty foil. Top with potato, carrot, peas.
- Sprinkle with soup mix and a little olive oil.
- Seal foil tightly
- Grill, covered on medium heat for 30-30 minutes, turning occasionally.
